Overview
This policy applies to purchases made on https://www.carqexo.com (the “Site”) operated by www.carqexo.com. Our refund and returns window is 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for a Return
- Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and tags).
- Returns must include a receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.
- For hygiene and safety, certain items are non-returnable (see below).
Non-returnable Items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Intimate or sanitary goods, personal care items that have been opened or used.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
- Downloadable/digital products and gift cards.
- Customized, made-to-order, or clearly personalized items unless defective.
How to Start a Return (RMA)
- Request authorization: Email our support team (see “Contact” below) within 30 days of delivery with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
- Pack your item: Use the original packaging if possible. Remove or cover old shipping labels.
- Ship to the return address: Send the parcel to the postal address shown under “Contact”. We recommend a trackable service.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will provide the correct return address and instructions after your request is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer or bank, posting times may vary.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again after a few business days.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are generally not refundable unless required by law or they arrive damaged/defective.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us first for authorization and instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed/mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Your Return
- Mail your product to the return address under “Contact”.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charges and any return shipping fees (if applicable) may be deducted.
- Transit times vary by carrier and destination. Keep your tracking number.
If you are returning higher-value items, consider using a trackable service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee we will receive your returned item.
